Valerie Coleman is an internationally acclaimed Grammy® nominated flutist, composer, and entrepreneur. Listed as “one of the Top 35 Women Composers” in the Washington Post by critic Anne Midgette, Valerie Coleman was also named Performance Today’s 2020 Classical Woman of the year. Valerie will begin her appointment as part of The Juilliard School’s composition faculty in the fall of 2024.
