Tax Exempt Registration

There are 3 steps to getting approved as a tax exempt customer:

  1. Submit the form below. This will establish an account on our site. You’ll be able to login anytime in the My Account area with your email and password once you have an account.
  2. Submit your exemption proof forms. You’ll be able to access the tax exempt form submission dashboard once you have an account.
  3. Wait for manual approval. We have to have a real person review your submission and approve your account. This process can take up to 10 business days, but we try and turn around approvals faster than that when possible.

Once you have an approved account, you can make tax-free purchases on our website at any time. Just make sure you are logged in with your approved user first. Guest checkout and entering your email in the billing field is not sufficient to remove tax automatically. You need to be logged in to prove you are the exempt entity.
