Frequently Asked Questions
Printed sheet music orders will be shipped within 5-to-10 business days after purchase. You will be notified once your order has shipped. Digital downloads will be available via your online receipt, email, and within your account after purchase. Music for rental orders will not be shipped until the rental agreement is executed and payment has been remitted.
Our digital downloads may come in various page sizes. Please adjust your scale-to-print feature according to your needs. You are permitted to make one copy of your download, but you may print to replace lost or damaged parts. You are not permitted to share your download. All music is protected under U.S. Copyright Law.
We do not offer refunds after purchase. We can offer a one-time exchange for other titles within the Coleman Page catalog if notified within 30 days after the purchase date.

Please go to the rental catalog to select your work and press the ‘Rental Inquiry Form’ link to start your rental order process. You will be contacted as soon as possible with the quote or any questions after submitting your request. Rental orders received three weeks before the requested date of materials may be subject to a rush fee.
We do ship sales and rental orders, internationally. For orders, you will be given various courier rate options at checkout. For rentals, please go through our normal rental process to obtain a rental quote. If there are specific questions regarding your international order, please send you inquires to sales@colemanpagemusic.com.
If you need to secure a license to place Coleman Page works to a video (synchronization license), or to use our music for your choreographed/dramatic presentation (grand rights license), or to use excerpts of our music to make copies for auditions, method books, etc.. (print license), please visit our Licensing page to submit your request:
If you need to secure a license for audio recordings for any works within the catalog (mechanical license), the Harry Fox Agency administers mechanical licenses on Coleman Page’s behalf. Please go to Harry Fox Agency to submit your requests. If you have any trouble or questions, please send your inquiry to licensing@colemapagemusic.com.
If you need to obtain a performance license for a concert containing our music, please note that the works under Coleman Page are affiliated with ASCAP. Please reach out to ASCAP if there are any questions regarding this process.
You must create an account. Once you create your account, you can select the ‘tax exempt’ box. You will be required to submit your tax-exempt certificate. Once submitted, it will be reviewed, and you will be notified of its approval or if there are questions. Once approved, you can make your purchases within your account without being charged for tax.

If you are a composer who wishes to be considered for publishing under Coleman Page, it is best to send an email to info@colemanpagemusic.com to introduce yourself with your bio, a list of works, your website, and any other pertinent info to give us a better feel for your type of writing, to begin the dialogue.
